Level + Plumb, led by James, was by far the best remodeling experience I have been blessed with (of many). I am a real estate investor and James' great communication and professionalism allowed for a flawless kitchen and bath remodel in my rental while I stayed remote. He was clear, honest, and stayed within budget and timeframe which for my business needs is crucial. The end product has clean finishes, no details were looked over and the price was fair. I highly recommend their team, and will gladly work with them on future projects.

James and Tristan were incredible! Start to finish, from coming up with the ideas for my extensive bath remodel, to negotiating the bid to fit my budget, they were so easy to work with. When they started work they were punctual, polite, fastidious about keeping the rest of my house clean during the entire process. They were great communicators as well, letting me know when something needed to be adjusted or a different part ordered - they handled it all without any worry on my part. They finished faster than anticipated, and even the subcontractors they worked with were top-notch professionals who were quick at what they do and very easy to work with. I was so pleased with the results!! All the water damage was replaced, and the bathroom looks phenomenal now! I'd give them 10 out of 5, they were that good!

Level and Plumb Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel for us which involved demo of our previous master bathroom and expansion of our shower as well as updating flooring, plumbing, tiling, moving walls, painting and more. James and Tristan worked with us through the planning phase and thoughtfully guided us through decisions. The quote was very comprehensive and we appreciated how James carefully reviewed every detail with us. The level of communication during the process was equally appreciated - James, Tristan, Brock were all able to address our questions and work through changes. The workmanship of the crew is exemplary. They take great pride in what they do, have thoughtful suggestions and make it very easy to work with us. We also appreciate how clean and tidy they kept our house. They taped off and used plastic to reduce the amount of dust and cleaned nightly. They strive hard to make sure we are satisfied and we are! James and his crew are a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

I work for a government entity assisting in managing their properties and we are quite a few hours away from the Eugene/ Springfield area. We had a property we were doing a complete bathroom remodel on.
James was amazing to work with, he was very open and transparent. Communicating with him was as easy as pie- he went through and double checked all the details of the project before we got started. He gave my director plenty of choices for the bathroom, with a good selection of medium priced items (which we asked for).
During the whole process he stayed in constant contact and was very responsive.
We ended up needing recommendations for plumbers and electricians in the area, and even those whom he recommended were pleasant, and responsive.
Dealing with contractors in general can be a pain, let alone trying to stay on top of a project that is located miles and hours from where your office is. But James made me wish every contractor I came into contact with in my residing town was as communicative and responsive as him.
I would highly recommend, his team did a great job on the bathroom remodel, and made the experience actually pleasant. The finish product was exactly what we wanted and it looked fantastic.

I cannot recommend this construction company enough! After a disastrous bathroom remodel by another company, I was left frustrated and disappointed, especially since I needed a handicap-accessible bathroom for my daughter.
